Try implementing this simple rule in your life:
If it takes less than two minutes, do it right away.
- Put your dishes in the dishwasher, or at least take them to the kitchen & rinse them off.
- Pull the duvet up on your bed.
- Slick on a coat of mascara.
- Throw on a jaunty scarf.
- Hug your lover extra-long.
You will be amazed at how much better you’ll feel when you’re not putting things off.
